Prescription drug benefits are covered with the insurance plan. Reimbursement plans offer the ability to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses with employee pre-tax contribution.
Eligible employees may enroll in our 401(k) and profit sharing plan, after 90 days of employment. Once enrolled in the plan, Cornwell Jackson provides a good company match.
Paid Time Off
At least 160 hours of paid time off per year for professionals.
In addition to your regular paid time off, you receive 7 paid holidays per calendar year.
Up to 40 hours of paid training per year.
Reimbursement for CPA review course, CPA exam fee for each section passed, up to 2 professional membership fees and community volunteer service time.
