Reaching the Next Level: Our team members are given additional responsibilities and promoted to the next level when they are ready, and promotions are not contingent on an open position in the management team. The CJ partner and management group provides guidance, support and the tools needed for each member of our team to be successful in their career at Cornwell Jackson.
The Cornwell Jackson approach to busy season: Although January through April is the industry-wide crunch time period, our management team focuses on making the best use of time with efficient tools and effective processes. Our goal is delivering a quality product to our clients as quickly as possible, not meeting a specific number of hours worked. We strive to give our staff the flexibility to choose when they are able to work the additional hours that may be required to achieve their busy season goals and to earn bonuses. During our busy season, our staff works an average of 55 hours per week for 12 weeks. The remainder of the year is a standard 40 hour work week.
