Leveraging Online Platforms to Streamline Bookkeeping.

We have identified a way to leverage new technology with automation and business process outsourcing, which allows us to help our clients by streamlining many bookkeeping processes and totally eliminating others. Upon successful implementation, processing of transactions becomes more efficient and the need to enter transactions is diminished.  There are a number of cloud hosted solutions that operate as a hub toseamlessly integrate with modules that provide solutions to our clients. These modules are developed to align specifically with each client’s needs, operations, and industry.

Cloud based solutions, like Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, Intacct, and Xero, work with a platform system and provide numerous automated processing such as:

  • importing of bank and credit card transactions
  • vendor paperless solutions
  • inventory management tools
  • and a host of other solutions tailored to each client’s needs – which is a much more cost-effective and scalable solution for each client’s individual needs.

Additionally, it allows smaller companies to leverage accounting software solutions such as QuickBooks Online, Intacct, and Xero to process transactions more efficiently and at a fraction of the costs than moving to a more expensive ERP system.

Our clients get real-time, accurate, highly detailed financial reporting at a lower cost structure. We believe in providing our clients with a business process outsourcing model that leverages cloud accounting solutions with the best-integrated software technologies that ultimately contributes to small business success!
